👆 Tap “Exempt” — watch the tax recalculate. Every line taxed on its own terms.

The invoice is the easy part. The tax is where the cheap tools break.

Some lines taxable, some exempt. GST here, GST + PST there. Prices tax-inclusive or tax-exclusive. Customers in different jurisdictions. Incleus handles all of it, per line — so what you send is correct, and looks it.

What you get

Billing that keeps up with a real business.

One tool for the whole cycle — quote it, invoice it, mark it paid — without a spreadsheet or an accountant on call.

§

Invoices, quotes & receipts

The same clean document, three jobs. Turn a quote into an invoice into a receipt without retyping a thing.

%

Tax done right, per line

Assign rates to each line — taxable, exempt, GST + PST, HST — with an inclusive/exclusive switch. The breakdown adds up every time.

Automatic tax across regions

Selling into other jurisdictions? Incleus can figure the right rate from the customer's address, and watch your thresholds for you.

Clients, items & paid-status

Save the people and things you bill for, track balances as they're paid, and get invoice numbers that never collide.

Send the invoice, not an attachment

Email it and the invoice IS the message — lines, tax, what's already been paid, what's left. It links to a page that always shows the current balance, so a part-payment never turns into an argument.

Your letterhead, your terms

Your logo and details on every document, and your late-payment terms printed where the client will read them. Change them tomorrow and the invoices you already sent still say what they said.

For bigger jobs

When the job is bigger than one invoice.

Price it from what it actually costs you. Track the hours and the materials against that price. Find out you're over while there's still something you can do about it.

±

Quote from your real costs

Build the price from materials, labour and subcontractors, then set the margin you want. Move the margin and the price follows; move the price and you see what margin you just agreed to. The client never sees the breakdown.

Hours and costs, against the plan

Log time and materials to the job. Incleus measures them against what you quoted, category by category — so “we're over on materials” arrives as a number in week two, not a feeling in week six.

Photograph the receipt

Snap a supplier invoice and Incleus reads the line items off it. You check them before anything is saved — a mis-read digit would quietly wreck a margin. The image stays on file either way, attached to the cost it paid for.

Margin you can act on

What you've spent and what you've actually paid out, as two separate numbers — never blended into one comfortable figure. Drop below the floor you set and it says so, and shows what you'd need to bill to get back to it. It never changes a bill on its own.

Bill what you tracked

Pull the billable hours and costs straight onto an invoice instead of retyping them off a notebook. Nothing can be billed twice — the moment you issue it, those hours and costs are marked as used.

A clean pack for your accountant

Revenue, costs by category, tax collected against tax paid — each cost pointing at the receipt behind it. Incleus organizes it. It doesn't file anything, and it won't tell you what you owe — that determination is your accountant's.

When you open it

It tells you what needs you today.

Not a wall of charts. A short list of what's actually wrong, and a handful of numbers that say how the business is doing.

!

What needs you now

Overdue invoices, deadlines closing in, a job whose margin has slipped under your floor. Every flag is worked out fresh from your records, so one can't sit there glowing after you've been paid. Snooze the ones you've dealt with.

Cash and revenue, kept apart

Money collected this month and money billed this month are different facts, so they're different tiles. What you're owed, aged by how late it is. Sales tax you've charged — labelled as charged, never as owed.

How each client actually pays

“Late on 7 of 9, averaging 11 days” — from your own history with them, for your eyes only. Observations, not a score, and never a verdict. You know why that invoice was late; the software doesn't.

Which jobs actually made money

Best and thinnest margin across your projects, and where the revenue is concentrated. The kind of thing you only find out at year end, except you find it out now.

How it works

Three steps, about a minute.

01

Build it

Add your lines, pick who's paying, set the tax. Saved clients and items mean most of it fills itself in.

02

Send it

Issue it — Incleus stamps the number and locks the record. Email it straight to your client as the invoice itself, or print it.

03

Get paid

Let them pay by card from the invoice, or record the cheque or e-transfer as it lands. Balances and paid-status look after themselves, and the client always sees what's actually left.
